Small and DIY interconnection requirements
Their own wording: the net metering tariff agreement must be completed and approved before beginning installation. Net metering caps at 45 kW, above that you're into a three-party cogeneration contract with Nolin and EKPC. documented
Kentucky co-ops are PSC-regulated, so the process follows the statewide interconnection guidelines: certified (UL 1741) inverter, single-line drawing, and a visible-break external disconnect adjacent to the meter, accessible to the utility at all times. documented
